👨💻 About the Developer
Hi! The Hoot Songbook was created by me, Matthew "Max" Fass, a senior full-stack developer and communications specialist with 25+ years of experience building beautiful websites and applications for businesses, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.
When I'm not coding, I play music. I am an active accordionist, keyboard player and community organizer in the Hudson Valley, serving as Music Director for New York's Village Halloween Parade, creative director for various music festivals, and a passionate advocate for the arts and music community.
This songbook project combines my love of music with technical expertise in creating tools that help musicians connect, learn, and share their passion for music.
