Hi! The Hoot Songbook was created by me, Matthew "Max" Fass, a senior full-stack developer and communications specialist with 25+ years of experience building beautiful websites and applications for businesses, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.
When I'm not coding, I play music. I am an active accordionist, keyboard player and community organizer in the Hudson Valley, serving as Music Director for New York's Village Halloween Parade, creative director for various music festivals, and a passionate advocate for the arts and music community.
